Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the Senal platform, including the mobile app, web version and all related services ("Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to these terms.

Senal provides a digital B2B ordering platform enabling Users to:

The Platform does not process payments. An Order is a statement of intent. Commercial fulfilment takes place between the Wholesaler and the Buyer.

Access to the Platform requires registration with a valid phone number. The User:

Article 4 — Orders and Wholesaler Responsibility

Senal acts solely as a technical intermediary. Senal is not a party to the agreement between the Wholesaler and the Buyer and is not responsible for:

Article 5 — Personal Data (GDPR)

Senal processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Processing includes:

Data is stored on secure servers within the EU (AWS Frankfurt). Order data is retained for a maximum of 2 years. You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Article 6 — Availability

Senal strives for maximum availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, technical failures or updates may cause temporary limitations. Senal is not liable for damages resulting from unavailability.

Article 7 — Prohibited Use

It is not permitted to use the Platform for:

Senal's liability for direct or indirect damages is excluded except in the case of intent or gross negligence. In any event, liability is limited to the amount paid for the use of the Platform in the preceding 12 months.

Article 9 — Intellectual Property

All rights to the Platform, including software, design, texts and logos, vest in Senal or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants the User a licence to these rights unless expressly stated.

Article 10 — Amendments

Senal reserves the right to amend these terms. Amendments will be announced at least 14 days before the effective date via the Platform or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Article 11 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in the district of Amsterdam, unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise.
